Meet the Meridian leadership team:
Curt Boisfontaine President and CEO
Curt has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1984, when he was associated with the Dallas-based Preston Carter Company, a property management and investment sales firm. In 1988, he joined Landmark Land Company as executive vice president and director of real estate acquisitions for its affiliate, Oak Tree Capital. From 1991 to 1994, he served as CEO of Dallas-based Hampton Real Estate Group and as president of Meridian Capital Corporation. Curt formed Meridian Realty Advisors in 1994 and has served as its president and CEO since then. He completed his formal education in 1981 at Tulane University where he studied economics.
William (Bill) V. Rhame, CPA
Bill has over 35 years of experience in the public accounting profession, with particular expertise in real estate and financial institutions. He is managing partner of the certified public accounting firm Rhame & Perna, which provides tax accounting services to Meridian and its affiliates. Prior to forming his own firm, he was tax partner at the national accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen/RSM McGladrey. Before that, he was a senior tax manager with Ernst & Young, where he provided consultation services on real estate and partnership structuring matters as well as the impact of proposed and new legislation.
David K. Ronck, CPA President - Meridian Realty Advisors
David is a certified public accountant, and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985, when he served as CFO of The Cambridge Companies, senior vice president of finance at Bright Realty Corporation, and as a senior asset manager with the J. E. Robert Companies. In late 1990, Mr. Ronck became COO of Gordon Investment Corporation’s U.S. real estate subsidiary, and held that position until joining Meridian in 1995. Mr. Ronck, who is the president of Meridian Realty Advisors – an affiliate of Meridian Veterinary Real Estate - began his career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co., and holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
Ron Cibulka Development Officer
In his role as development officer at Meridian Realty Advisors, Ron oversees all aspects of the development process from site acquisition, due diligence and entitlement, to design, construction and overall project management. Ron has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential development, including senior management positions at CLB Partners, Columbus Realty Trust and Post Properties, and Texana Capital, LLC. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas.
JP Rindt Director of Business Development
JP, a native of El Paso, Texas, has been involved in the real estate world since 2009. Upon graduating from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate, he moved back to El Paso to work for MIMCO Inc, where he handled the leasing of over 300 properties across Texas and New Mexico. In 2013 he moved from El Paso to Dallas, working for a local real estate developer and handling asset management and leasing on numerous properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. From 2014 to 2019 JP worked at Xite Realty where he used his previous experience on the Developer/Landlord side to help veterinarians, dentists, emergency care physicians, among others with growth strategies, site selection, and lease negotiations. During that time, he was responsible for all corporate accounts within the company, each company seeing substantial growth year after year. JP believes that trusting relationships are the core of every business and will continue to seek out those relationships in hopes of building partnerships that last for decades.
